Short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and does no tracking. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send through the contact form.

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your name, email address, and anything you choose to add (company, budget range, your message). We also record the date and time it was sent.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to discuss a project with you. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Who sees it

Only us. It is stored on our UK-hosted web server and is not sold, shared or used for marketing lists. Our hosting provider processes it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and no longer than 24 months unless we go on to work together. Ask and we will delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Use the contact form and we will act on it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Fonts and images

Fonts and images are served from this website itself, so loading a page does not send your details to third parties such as Google Fonts.
